Bluffs Creek Trail

Generally considered an easy route, Bluffs Creek is a 4.2-mile loop trail near Playa Del Rey (taking over a little over an hour to complete). Situated in a popular area for birding, hiking, and running. The trail is open year-round, is beautiful to visit anytime, and dog-friendly (note: dogs must be on a leash!)

Get out and explore West LA along the Marvin Braude Bike Trail, a 22-mile paved bicycle path that runs along the Los Angeles County coastline, from the northern terminus at Will Rogers State Beach, through the Pacific Palisades neighborhood, and ending at the southern terminus at Torrance County Beach. Open year-round.

Marina “Mother’s” Beach

Walking distance from Marina Del Rey hotels, this peaceful 12-acre lagoon has sheltered picnic tables for barbecues, volleyball sand courts, kayak & paddleboard rentals, water yoga classes, and boot camp classes.
