A Los Angeles Lineage
The Forum opened in 1967 and quickly became the go-to destination for major sporting events and live music concerts.
Upon opening, The Forum became the home for the Los Angeles Lakers basketball team and the Los Angeles Kings hockey team, and has gone on to host everything from tennis to boxing, auto racing to the 1984 Summer Olympics.
Notable musical acts have also flooded to The Forum during world concert tours, including names like Queen, The Jackson 5, David Bowie, and Jimi Hendrix, who all performed at the height of their careers. Prince played 21 consecutive shows in 2011; Michael Jackson rehearsed at the venue for the This Is It concert series; Harry Styles played a 15-night residency in 2022. In 2028, it will play host to a range of gymnastics events in the LA Summer Olympics.

Located in Inglewood, The Kia Forum (renamed in 2022) is in close proximity to SoFi Stadium, the Hollywood Park Casino—and is just three miles (4.8 km) east of the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

2024 brings another exciting lineup of live events to the Kia Forum, including five nights of Madonna’s “The Celebration Tour” in March, plus more upcoming shows from Bruce Springsteen, Janet Jackson, Ive, Itzy, New Kids on the Block, and more.
For comedy lovers, Gabriel Iglesias brings his comedy show on February 14 and Jo Koy makes a two-night stop on his tour on February 16 and 17. Netflix is a Joke Fest will also host a series of specials at the venue in May—kicking off with a roast of Tom Brady.
