Frequently Asked Questions

Cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made no later than 3 pm PST, 72 hours prior to the arrival date and note all reservations arriving between Memorial Day and Labor Day have a (7) day cancellation policy. Any cancellations or modifications within 72 hours of the arrival date or no-shows will be charged the entire reserved stay (room + tax).  All cancellations are subject to a $25 transaction fee per room. Cancellations are considered confirmed cancellations upon receipt of a cancellation email. Group bookings of 4 or more rooms are subject to an alternative group cancellation policy.

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules. For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. To cover incidentals, $150/day will be authorized on your credit card.

Check in time is after 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Arriving early or need that extra hour of sleep? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you (based on availability) – just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. Late check out fees may apply. If you check out or leave before your scheduled departure date, there is a fee of one night’s stay plus tax.

Room rates are subject to the following nightly fees:

• 15% room occupancy tax 
• Tourism assessment fee .195% 
• Daily Destination Amenity Fee: $27 (plus tax) which includes:
  • Wi-Fi
  • Boxed water
  • Wellness program
  • Pool

We love your furry friends and they are definitely welcome at Hotel June Malibu. With every pet stay, Hotel June Malibu will help a pet in need. 10% of your pet fee gets donated to the Best Friends Animal Society.

Please note our pet fee/policy includes:

•  $150 one time, non-refundable fee 
• 1 pet max
• Max weight of 45 lb per pet
• Sorry, no cats
• Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning or damages that occur
• Pet may never be left unattended for any circumstance. If left unattended an additional fee of $500 will be applied to your bill

Hotel June Malibu is a non smoking hotel. A smoking cleaning fee of $400 will be assessed in the event smoking does occur in the guest rooms. 

Self Parking
$27 + tax per night per vehicle

We love our spaces just as much as you do — and we’re so happy you’re excited to photograph and share! With that in mind, we ask you please respect our highly-designed spaces and the privacy of our hotel guests and visitors while taking any images. Our goal is to create a one-of-a-kind Hotel June experience for all!

Mobile phone photography is permitted with limitations:

• No more than 5 minutes of dedicated photo taking please
• Privacy and respect for hotel guests must be observed at all times.
• Doors, hallways, passages, elevators, etc. may not be blocked for any reason.
• Spaces must remain 100% intact – furniture, design elements, seating, etc. cannot be moved, rearranged, or stood on.
• Respect for the working staff must be considered at all times

We are not currently offering room service.

Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Based on our location we recommend scheduling a car share in advance. If you prefer to use a taxi please contact the Front Desk and we will be happy to arrange one for you.
