We’re 5-10 minutes to Playa Del Rey Beach or tech wonderland Silicon Beach… and 10-15 minutes to Venice, Marina Del Rey, and Manhattan Beach, some of the best beaches in Los Angeles. Whether you’re scheduling a university tour or visiting friends and family, we’re walking distance (or a five minute drive!) from Loyola Marymount University and just one block from Otis College of Art and Design, both located in Westchester.

With a roster including some of the biggest names in music and entertainment, the iconic Forum arena is one of LA’s premier destinations for experiencing everything from live music to international awards shows, all just 10 minutes away in nearby Inglewood.

Experience your favorite teams in person and catch a game or event at the brand new, unparalleled indoor-outdoor SoFi Stadium — the ultimate destination to witness thrilling matchups and events featuring renowned teams such as the LA Chargers and the LA Rams. Located 15 minutes away at the former site of the Hollywood Park Racetrack, SoFi’s year-round roster of sports and entertainment included playing host for Super Bowl LVI in 2022.
